I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused. I printed up the link for the
badges that mohmers posted and this is what I have been able to
determine; Logo Patch requests go to IL, Merit Badge requests go to
PA, and Window Decal requests go to CT. And there are no minimums on
any of these. Is this right? kstar
